| Impressed with the quick call back, however the "free CV review" sounded more like a sales pitch to get you to spend £175+ rather than any useful advice on how to improve a CV (other than by paying them to do so). Please do not call it a CV "review" if its not. |

| Hi,
i recently received a callback from one of your operators and would like to offer some feedback on the call i received. please can you forward this to the appropriate person in your organization.
* the caller could have been more friendly and enquire if this was a suitable time to discuss
* the caller could have read my CV and familiarised themselves with it prior to the phone call
* i found the caller rather presumptuous in a tacky sales kind of way i.e. so you have been applying for jobs with this CV and not received any interviews...
* the caller appeared unaware of the type of role i was interested in - i found the nature of the probing rather irksome, almost confrontational!
* the callers attempt to hurriedly book me in for a very expensive CV writing session without offering me some genuine advice to improve my CV that wasnt known to me already convinced me, on this occasion, i would not be receiving value for money from your services.

| I have send my CV for free review and called to get Fuller CVs views on the document I sent.
However conversation was as follows in summary:
FCV- how long are you looking for a job?
SI- 5 months
FCV- wow! did you get any interview?
SI- no
FCV- wow! then something wrong with CV. Lets have a look. I can see just 1 page, you could have 2.
SI- But I have 2 pages. I have studied and revised my CV, this version is not yet used, but would like to get your opion before going in market.
FCV- It looks OK! you have the summary and accomplishments. You go and try this one. If it does not work, we can write you one.
This is more or less the whole conversation I had and I had to pay for the phone from Belgium. If you think this is a review (even if it is free), I wish you success in getting clients and paid CV reviews.
If I had a professional approach and some useful tips over the phone, then I might come back to you for further assistance.
