A service we offer is fast-track Job Board registration and daily job alerts. This service is offered to you and lists some job boards that we can automatically register you with. You must tick, by way of agreement, to send your CV to Joboso, before we can make your CV/email/telephone and name data transfers to this site, with deemed acceptance of the individual job board partner’s own terms and conditions. www.joboso.com/terms
If you tick these fields: we will automatically transfer a copy of your CV / name / email address. You will then receive an email of registration from each job-board and relevant login details, for future access to these websites.
If you un-tick these fields:no data is transferred outside of The Fuller CV.

We use third party HR consultants to help us provide our bespoke CV writing service, this involves us, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available online such information to the HR Consultants in order to provide a quality service.
Please note that all third party HR consultants have agreed to our terms and conditions and should they be found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, they will have their contract terminated with immediate effect.
5) Content Rights
The rights in material on this site are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this site in a way which does not infringe these rights. You may copy material on this site for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying for any commercial or business use is permitted.
6) Security and passwords

10) Payment Options
Payment for Professional CV Writing Service is payable in advance by Credit or Debit card and includes American Express. Payments may be taken online or by telephone to an advisor. Additionally Paypal, Western Union and MoneyGram can be used or International Bank details given.
Payment by Instalments “Future Pay”
Payments are required to be scheduled through FuturePay, a division of Worldpay, the online Internet Bank, prior to commencement of Professional Services. Clients spread payment for their Professional CV Services over a period of four months. Such payments can only be completed online and are subject to the terms and conditions listed here, The Fuller CV Cancellation Policy [see point 15 below] and Future Pay’s banking terms.
Instalment Plan: First Instalment: 40%
Second & Third & Fourth Instalments: 20% each
All instalments are collected on the 1st of the next calendar month.
No discounts will be given or additional products offered outside of our Professional CV services through this service.
You agree to repay the entire value and in the eventuality of a declined transaction, we reserve the right to pursue the debt through the English Courts of Law.
11) Professional CV Writing Service:
Telephone Consultation and CV composed in accordance with the quotation provided by a Telephone Advisor.
Completion of Professional CV Writing Service:
You will be sent an email to collect and review your CV from our secure website, five working days following consultation. If your telephone consultation is conducted outside of business hours, then the 5 working days will be calculated from the next business day, following your consultation. All CV's will be formatted in Microsoft Word unless otherwise agreed at the time of consultation. If you want to convert your CV into another format then you will do so at your own risk.
Any amendments made by you, following the receipt of your new CV that have been made without prior agreement, will result in no further work being undertaken or guarantees being upheld.
12) Aftercare Terms and Conditions for Professional CV Writing Service
Within one to five days:
We offer one request for alterations, free of charge, which expires five working days from sending this email. Email the document, highlighting the required alterations to us Alterations will be made within 7 working days of your email being received.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, highlight and alterations you would like made to conclude your service. Valid for 5 working days from the date your documents are released.
*Note we reserve the right to reassign you back to your exisiting or an alternative Consultant, to conclude the service purchased.
13) Our Complaints Procedure:
Please direct any complaint to the Operations Team, by telephoning +44 20 7998 4112, during normal business hours. When a complaint is received, the full details will be recorded in the Complaint Log.
A response will be made to the customer within 5 working days.
Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 working days and advised of this. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response will be made.
Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing.
A Director will review the Complaint Log on a quarterly basis. Where this highlights a particular problem or pattern, this will be investigated and remedial action taken.
14) Cancellation Policy
Distance Selling Regulations shown here negate your right to cancel, as your contract commences when payment details are given by you.

The supply of services and personalised goods, as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations 13, "the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10", 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.
However, we recognise clients can have a change of circumstance and therefore offer a cancellation policy, that balances the cost of our Administration Costs, Cancellation of Consultants Diary and Research Work undertaken, prior to a booking,:

Any services utilising the Skills Probe Form, consists of 2 cancellation parts: 50% Software and 50% Service. Therefore this product/service carries a 2-part cancellation policy:
Part 1 – Software: Provision of the use of software is exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and this applies to our Skill Probe. All software is automatically unsealed immediately upon receipt of payment, and therefore cannot be returned.
Part 2 – Service: Same as ‘Cancellation Policy’ above.
* Cancellations are scheduled to the next working day, where voice messages of cancellation are made outside of normal business hours.
Refunds due will be credited back to your card within 30 days of cancellation order.
